Return and Refund Policy

If the product that you have purchased is found to be faulty within the warranty period it will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturers warranty policy. If the item can not be repaired or replaced then we will refund you the purchase price.

Please choose your purchases carefully as refunds will not be given if you simply change your mind or make the wrong selection.

Exchanges or a store credit may be given if goods are returned within 30 days.

Receipts must be retained and presented as proof of purchase.

Any returned item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Clearance items can not be returned unless faulty and the fault was unknown at the time of purchase.

Products that have been special ordered will incur a minimum 20% restocking fee if returned.

Store credits remain valid for 12 months, after which time they will be deleted.
